John P. McCall
John P. McCall graduated from Los Angeles State College in 1964 and Hastings College of Law in 1968. He was admitted to the California Bar in January, 1969, and after three years service in the United States Army (1969-1972) began private practice in San Rafael, California. Since 1981, John P. McCall has limited his practice to family law issues and since 2001 to Private Judging and Collaborative Law. John P. McCall is a frequent lecturer on family law subjects in Northern California. Since 1981, he has been a Fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML) and served as President of the Northern California Chapter in 1994. In 2006, John P. McCall was named the “Fellow of the Year” by AAML, Northern California Chapter.
Garen N. McCall
Garen N. McCall received his undergraduate degree in English from Boston College where he graduated magna cum laude and his J.D. from Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco in 2000. After law school, he spent five years working as a trader for a large options market making firm based in Chicago. Prior to joining McCall & McCall, he worked at a boutique firm in San Francisco practicing in broad range of areas such as general business and contract law, estate planning and construction litigation. His practice is now focused entirely on the practice of family law, representing clients in all aspects of the dissolution process.
